# [SOLD: Lake Pointe Homes](https://www.simsbuilders.com/blog/2013/08/22/sold-lake-pointe-homes/)

 Written by [Marie Sims](https://www.simsbuilders.com/blog/author/marie-sims) | 8.22.2013

As expected, the [two homes](https://www.simsbuilders.com/blog/2013/01/31/new-csch-homes-available-in-lake-pointe/) that we are building on a speculative basis in Lake Pointe have sold.  Activity has increased dramatically in this area of town and as a result, we are down to only one lot left in this sought-after community.  To learn more about our last available Lake Pointe lot, visit the [1106 Vista Creek property page on our website](https://simsbuilders-4669371.hs-sites.com/properties).

If you’d like to learn more about the community of Lake Pointe, visit our [archived blog post here.](https://www.simsbuilders.com/blog/2011/07/01/community-spotlight-lake-pointe/)
