This is a very exciting time for us at Sims Luxury Builders. In the past month, we have broken ground on three homes in the Alkire Lake subdivision of Sugar Land, one home in nearby Lake Pointe, and two homes in the Tanglewood neighborhood of Houston. We look forward to sharing the progress of these projects and more throughout the coming months.

Finally, the photo below is of our recently sold home in Lake Pointe. We actually built a custom home for these happy homeowners well over a decade ago. Now that their children have grown up and moved away, they have decided to downsize into this beautiful garden home. We are thrilled to be building another home for this lovely couple.
