What a ride! 15 years ago, we built a beautiful custom home for a family in Sugar Land. When a new family purchased this home last year, they signed us on to complete a whole-house renovation, complete with three new additions: an expanded garage, a second floor outdoor living area, and a wine room. Stay tuned in the coming months for a Before and After post on the entire home. For now, we’d like to show you the making of this beautiful wine room addition.
From the outside you can appreciate the work that went into demo, framing, insulating, sheetrock, weatherproofing, stucco, exterior paint, roofing, as well as a new window and gutters.
From the inside, you can see the transformation from a simple shelving niche in the formal living room to a beautiful and unique wine room.
