Sims Luxury Builders has seen exciting evolution in 2016, from refining our team to topping out our first high-rise condo project. We are looking forward to the continued progress 2017 has in store for us.
This year will bring:
- Completion of our largest project in three decades: Riva at the Park (10 stories + rooftop terrace, 29 units, nearly 100,000 SF of living area)
- Completions of 4 single family homes (ranging in size 10,000-36,000 SF and in style from English Tudor to Classic Mediterranean)
- Bringing to market our modern Laguna townhomes in the walkable community of Lake Pointe.
- Ground breaking on at least 3 new single family homes in Sugar Land and Tanglewood
- Continual expansion of our team’s depth of knowledge through continuing education, software training, National Custom Builders Council meetings, new materials and methods, research of national industry leaders, as well as personal reflection and goal setting.
