Designed by Houston-based architecture firm Montgomery Roth and LA-based interior designer Lisa Turner, this 13,500 SF modern home in Memorial includes a Main House and Guest House featuring 7 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms, 2 powder rooms, and an incredible backyard that the entire family can enjoy!

After playing professional basketball in multiple cities throughout his young adulthood, this homeowner fell in love with Houston and decided to make our great city his permanent home. The home was designed with his young growing family AND his extended family in mind. An adjoining Guest House was designed and built for his brother, while the main home accommodates guest suites for both his mother and his mother-in-law. The large open-plan Kitchen / Dining / Living area is designed to foster togetherness. Similarly, the outdoor living space is every family’s dream, complete with an expansive pool, lazy river, spa, swim-up bar, summer kitchen, covered loggias, basketball court, putting green, and an in-ground trampoline.

The home's design direction was clear from the first step of the process: modern, clean, and dramatic. This cohesive aesthetic is reflected throughout the home, from the exterior elevations to the interior architectural detailing to the finishes and furnishings. Pops of excitement and color show up in various spaces throughout the home, especially in the Candy Bar, Theater, Game Room, and the kids’ bedrooms.
