We were privileged to guide these very special homeowners through every step of their custom homebuilding journey. From choosing an architect and interior designer to working through countless details during design and construction, their enthusiasm and graciousness were refreshing and quite contagious. Our team enjoyed every minute collaborating with them!  

Situated on a 2.8-acre site in Sienna Point, this home is designed to make the most of its surroundings. The Spanish Colonial-inspired hacienda includes an 8,800 SF Main House and a 3,100 SF Guest House connected via covered breezeway. Between the two homes sits an expansive symmetrical pool and spa, as well as an abundance of outdoor seating areas. The winding driveway includes a central area of black star gravel and stained concrete to welcome visitors to the home.   

The exterior facades of the Main House and Guest House feature smooth stucco, a clay tile roof, ornamental iron detailing, painted shutters, as well as a mix of arched and rectangular blue-painted windows and richly-stained exterior doors.

The interior of the home features large-format Limestone tile flooring in the Kitchen, Breakfast Room, and Living Room, as well as beautiful White Oak flooring throughout other areas of the home. Gorgeous details abound, from the groin vault ceilings in the Foyer and Main Gallery to the Venetian plaster walls to the 2-story Study with curved ceilings on the mezzanine level of the home.  

As fans of Spanish-inspired architecture, the authenticity and creativity that Robert Dame brought to the design of this home were very much appreciated by our homeowners. The completed home ultimately provides them with a perfect blend of the warmth and livability they need with the beauty and sophistication they love.
