From lot search through construction, we joined these very special homeowners through every step of their custom homebuilding journey. After relocating several times throughout the U.S. while building a successful career, the homeowners were looking for a long-term homebase in which to raise their growing family. Thankfully for us, Houston checked all of their boxes!
Our team enjoyed working closely with them and their realtor, LaShambra Ewing of Keller Williams, to evaluate lot options, execute surveying and soils testing, and connect them with both an architect and an interior designer who fit the vision they had for their future home. Greg Swedberg of 2Scale Architects and Letecia Haywood of Letecia Ellis Haywood Interior Design rounded out the dream team they would need to bring their vision to reality.
With everyone collaborating seamlessly, we were able to usher this family through the architectural design, pre-construction, and construction phases smoothly. While Greg meticulously developed the architectural plan details, Letecia and the homeowners did an incredible job working together to make interior design decisions oftentimes ahead of our selections schedule and within their desired construction budget. We are so proud of how well the entire team worked together to meet our homeowners’ goals.
The completed home is a perfect blend of the warmth and functionality that every family needs as well as the beauty and sophistication of a thoughtfully designed custom home. We are honored that these homeowners entrusted us to guide them through each step of the journey and are thrilled with the end result. We hope you are too!
